Disable "empty" link

Hi guys
I managed with this plugin my football club team.
I’m adding all the current and past leagues, and detail like players, staff,gol etc only for my club’ teams.
So, if in frontend I click on other club name, I get redirect to an empty page.
I think this is an unsuitable solution, because by this way I would have dozens useless link to empty page, a dead-end streets for my viewer.

Could I disable this kind of link?
