Disable featherlight on all pages with exceptions

Hello,

I have a question.
Currently there is the option on page/post sidebar to deactivate this plugin.
But is it possible so the scripts are always deactivated and you activate it through that tickbox in the sidebar?

We don’t really need to load these scripts for every page and it would be a pain to always deactivate this on each and every page we make.

Is this possible somehow?
