Disable for instance google map

Would it be possible to disable for instance the google map displaying as general setting for an album in the album admin page? For my trips, I love the google map displaying below the foto when viewing, but for the recent Ilse de Lange concert, it’s just annoying to see the Amstel every time below the foto.
