Disable generation of .gz files

    Hello,

    I would like to completely disable index.html.gz (and other *.gz) generation by WP-Optimize cache module. I have thousands of pages in my WP site and I don’t do gzip compression on my backend nginx server, so it cannot benefit from these files, they only increase inode count, increase disk usage and makes things slower (calculating cache size and number of files takes minutes).

    Hi @shadowlmd,

    Thanks for pointing out this.

    At this moment, Version 3.2.3, we don’t have an option to completely disable ‘gz’ file generation, But it will be added in the next release.
