    For privacy reasons I would like to disable Google Fonts. I have already read in another ticket that “Enable SJB Fonts” must be disabled for this. However, this did not work, the option is disabled but SJB still loads the font “Roboto” via “fonts.googleapis.com”.

    The call appears to be in the head:

    <link rel="stylesheet" id="simple-job-board-google-fonts-css" href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Roboto%3A100%2C100i%2C300%2C300i%2C400%2C400i%2C500%2C500i%2C700%2C700i%2C900%2C900i&ver=2.9.5" type="text/css" media="all">

    How can I disable this? We use WordPress 5.8.4 and Simple Job Board 2.9.5.

  • Hi @sybena,

    Thanks for writing to us.

    We have debugged the issue at our end and the “Enable SJB Fonts” option is working perfectly fine.

    On disable, the SJB doesn’t set the font family to “Roboto”. This font must be applied through another activated plugin or through your theme.

    We would suggest you diagnose the issue on your end or share the site URL so we can analyze it from our end.

    Feel free to reach out for further assistance.

    Hi @arsalanahmed901,

    thank you very much for your answer. I have tried again but the problem persists. As soon as I deactivate the plug-in SJB, no more Google Fonts are loaded, if the plug-in is active, they are loaded, although Enable SJB Fonts is deactivated.

    I also tried to retrieve the Roboto font locally with google-webfonts-helper, but that didn’t work either.

    I would be very grateful for your assistance, the URL is https://www.simcura.de/.

    We have debugged again at our end and Roboto fonts are not loading when SJB fonts are deactivated.

    We need to analyze the issue at your end, for that please drop a query at [email protected] or generate a ticket at our Marketplace.
