Fix or disable highlighting in admin area

  • Hi,

    I’d like an option to fix/disable/filter out the highlighting when searching in the WordPress administration area only. Because unparsed HTML code is being inserted inside the title of the posts, and the results are hard to read in a glance.

    e.g.: searching for “logo”
    original title: autoconsumenergetic-logo
    title shown in search results: autoconsumenergetic-<span class=”search-everything-highlight” style=””>logo</span>

    I think it either should be fixed (apply the HTML instead of showing the code) or just disable it.
