Disable images in XML Sitemap

@eggeggxuan checking that box will disable sitemap indexing for attached images, but it won’t for their attachment pages. If you haven’t done so yet, then you also need to make sure that you aren’t including Media in your sitemap and that you’ve set Media to noindex in the General Settings menu.

i see “NOINDEX” and “NOFOLLOW”

Should i all tick on for media?

Yes, although nofollow isn’t needed.

hi there, I am also getting attachment urls showing in google seacrh. I dont understand the intructions above at all, no idea where to out these, what file etc?

How do I remove attachemtn urls from google. Am i amending the robot text or the sitemap, php… I have no idea. Any clear instrctions for soneone who dosn’t code?

I need ‘mccaan’ and buildings’ removed??
