Disable links to post pages

Hey all,

My site has a static front page which displays posts as a grid of images. I use a plugin that pushes images to the site from an instagram account, creating a new post for each image and therefore adding it to the grid.

The post page itself is superfluous and doesn’t look great. What I’d like to do is disable the post links from the home page, making them unclickable, and for this to happen by default when new posts are generated.

The only posts on the site are these auto-generated image posts so any solution can apply to all posts, if that helps.

Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Let me know if you need any further information!
