    Hello @hugomarianogimeneztoledo

CleanTalk fully complies with the GDPR.

You can find CleanTalk Compliance here:
    https://cleantalk.org/publicoffer#cleantalk_gdpr_compliance

Make note that you can add the GDPR notice under your website forms in the anti-spam plugin settings here:
WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced Settings

Anyway, if you’d like to exclude the form from spam protection, please follow this guide:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/exclusion-from-anti-spam-checking#wordpress

    Does it help?

I don’t think the point is to exclude the forms from the spam protection. I want to disable the CSS that causes this line to be loaded (https://www.op-hauben.shop/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/screenshot.jpg). Otherwise I will have to declare “Mailer Lite” as a tool I use in the privacy policy, even though I don’t use it at all. Thanks.

We do not have plans to exclude “Mail Lite” from our plugin.

    Thank you.

Poor support. I will not extend the premium use of CleanTalk. I am not asking you to exclude Mailer Lite from your plugin, but to help me how to disable this CSS line.

First of all, the js script in your screenshot has nothing to do with CSS and it can’t be disabled as it’s a part of the plugin functionality.

Secondly, “Mail Lite” is simply referred to as a tool in this script. Why do you think this should be mentioned in the privacy policy?

Ok, a very simple question before it gets more complicated: Is any personal data (IP address, location and similar) sent to Mailer Lite through your plugin or not? I ask this because you say that Mailer Lite is only “referred” in your script. That means for me, Mailer Lite is in no way functionally active in your plugin. If yes, I need to declare it in my privacy policy to be complying with the GDPR. If not, it’s enough if I mention CleanTalk in my privacy policy. Thank you.

No, we don’t send any personal data to third party services.

It is stated in our Privacy Policy:
    https://cleantalk.org/publicoffer#privacy

It would be enough to mention CleanTalk in your Privacy Policy.

    Thank you.
