Disable MC Subscription in one form

    What I would like to know is what is de code I have to put on the Contact Form to give the customers the choice to choose if the want subscribe or not.

    I read this:

    “name” parameter set to “mc-subscribe” with a label saying something like “Subscribe Me To Your List”

    But I have tried and it doesn’t work.

    Please could somebody write me the exact code?
