Disable menu auto-show while scrolling up

  • Hello,

    Is there a way to disable the auto-hide feature of the top-menu bar? When I scroll down the page, the menu will hide and when I scroll up it will appear (as shown in this screenshot). This is quite an unpleasant experience so I would like to have this auto-hide feature disabled.

    Please advise me on how to do this.
