Hello, can you please help me?

Not a long time ago I enabled minimum order amount? (15$) for my website. However I understand that it is not a good idea so I disabled that option. Nevertheless it is still impossible to buy smth above 15$ on my website. I push “procees to checkout” button. But the cart page just doesn’t update if it is less than 15$ in the cart.
– Also I’ve tried to add 1$ minimal amount for orders but still only 15$ works.

– I installed the Woo plugin for min ams max order amount and disable the option of min order amount but it doesn’t works.

– I tried to disable all the plugins from Dashboard?> Plugins and activate the required plugins from Dashboard?> Appearance?> Install Plugins. It doesn’t help.
I can’t figure out where the problem is.

This could be the cause of caching, so I’d suggest navigating to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and doing the following:

WooCommerce transients – Clear
Expired transients – Clear
Clear template cache – Clear

Next, please clear your browser cache and see if this resolves the issue.

Also, some themes have options for WooCommerce that might override the plugin settings. Please check your theme settings to ensure there’s no minimum order amount set there.

Can you also share with us how you enabled the minimum order amount? If you’ve added any custom code snippets to your site related to WooCommerce, please check those as well.

Thank you Darla for trying to help. I did all steps which you recommended but unfortunatelly it doesn’t works.

Yes, I have purchased a theme Clotya. I also tried to solve this problem with support but nothing helps. There is a minimum order amount option. It is enables for now.

Even if I enable it with 1$ minimum order it doesn’t works. The orders only from 15$ are updated to the checkout page.

I haven’t added any custom code snippets

Just to clarify, how did you initially set a minimum order amount of $15 on your site? Is this an option within your current theme? If not, was this initially added via a plugin or custom code?

I’m asking as this is not a default option within WooCommerce core, and we’d need to identify the initial trigger of this setting before being able to provide accurate guidance toward resolving this issue.

Additionally, please can you share a copy of your sites System Status Report so that we can have a better understanding of your sites current environment.

You can find this via WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Download for Support. This will download a TXT file which has the contents of the SSR which you can then share with us here.

The guy from Woo support help me a bit. He found out that the problem is with Booster for Woo plugin. So I have to ask their support team for now.
