Disable new password option

I don’t want my users to be emailed a new password if they don’t know their login details – I will have 1200 users sharing a subscriber account to view pages and can’t have someone changing the password.

How can I stop this option from being presented to someone who has forgotten the communal password?

If it makes any difference, I’m using BM Custom Login plugin for a custom login screen.
