Please try clearing the site cache and check.

same for me…
i’ve cleared the site cache (with WP Super Cache), but it stays the same.
On the admin WP, i’ve chosen “GDPR Cookie Consent > none necessary” :

Activate cookies non necessary : YES
State by default : DISABLED

We checked the site and we can see that the default state is disabled for ‘Performance / Analytique’ category in your site. Please check the site in a private window/incognito window.

Everything seems to be ok then
