‘Disable oEmbed’ still shows API route

    Just reporting that your code for disabling oEmbed doesn’t quite work. The links are removed from Head, among other things. But the oembed/1.0 route is still exposed. Pascal Birchler‘s plugin, by contrast, also disables the REST API route, so it’s probably easiest to just copy his code here.

    But your plugin has been extremely helpful even without this functionality!

    @prestonwordsworth you are right about that! Many thanks for reporting this!

    The code was already there actually, but due to a bug, it was just not triggered. This will be added to the next release. Meanwhile, what you can do to have this fixed (until the release will be available) is to download the development version (it was just updated with the fix).
