Disable Older Items

    Is it possible to disable items, but retain their settings and messages in the database?

    We are using CP Contact Forms to register people for events and classes. After the event is over, I would like to retain the settings and messages in the database for history reasons, but would like for the form to be disabled in case someone bookmarked the page with the form. If Disabled, instead of the form being displayed, it would display a message such as “This item is no longer available”.

    Hi,

    That cannot be made automatically from the plugin but as a workaround in the page that contains the shortcode remove it and put the desired message.
