Disable option not working for shortcodes

Recently I’ve encountered what I think may be a bug. The post have shortcodes in the body: [adinserter block=”4″]
I changed it to “Default Disabled” and deleted the exception list, then enabled it in specific posts. But the ads are still showing in posts that I haven’t enabled.
It’s not a cache problem because if I uncheck the “posts” option it stops, but then it also stops in the posts I want it to show up.
Unchecking the “shortcode” option also works, but affect every post.
Can someone give me a help?
