    Hi
I’ve a WordPress install (root) in shared hosting
Also, I have another PHP app (custom, framework) in a sub-folder
This application is not related to the WordPress install, but is not working because it is not WordFence compatible at all.
The firewall blocks forms, file uploads, etc.

So I’d like to know if there’s a way to disable WordFence in this sub-folder, by editing some rules, or by editing .htaccess or user.ini at domain’s root

    Thanks

  • Hi @kabeza,

What you could do to force Wordfence to completely ignore what happens in that sub-folder is to place a “.user.ini” file with “auto_prepend_file = none” in the said sub-folder. –as discussed in this topic.
