Disable Parent Links

In the breascrumb Home>>Our Services>>Overview, only Home should be a link. No content exists on Our Services. I’d like to disable the link to Our Services, but keep the text in the breadcrumb. Does anyone know how to do this with YoastSEO breadcrumbs?
