Disable permalink on file upload

Hi, i was wondering if there’s a way to disable the use of permalinks on files uploaded through the Write Tab and then added with it. I did that and the link it uses is a permalink that takes me to another page which has the actual link to the file.

Near the end of the article there’s a link called “Programación de Curso”.
