Disable plugin CSS

Ok. I have developed an optimized version to remove scripts and styles in non-um pages, as the documentation script looks so heavy. Also I am testing to customize CSS (remember than !important is a bad practice).

As a sugestion: it would be great if plugin scripts and styles were lighter; or options to reduce and customize them.
