Is it possible to disable all plugin features except images I manually add “zoooom CSS class”? Unfortunatelly plugin changes view of my website and zoom product images (despite disabled option). In General Setting I have all options unchecked.

    What theme are you using?

    Artificer – no supported anymore

Unfortunately I cannot get a copy of the theme in order to install it on my computer and test this. Nor does it make sense to work on a compatibility with a retired theme.

I know there is not much sense, but I would need it anyway. If I can, I would like to send you this theme: https://we.tl/x0nCvATalH – it’s the last 1.3.22 version (https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/artificer)

As I understand (status: resolved) you are not going to help me with this problem? I do not expect an adjustment to the retired theme, but responses to enable only “zoooom CSS class” function?

The problem you’re having is not a bug, but an incompatibility with a theme.

You updated to WooCommerce 3+, but the theme doesn’t support WooCommerce 3+. The zoom plugin does some changes to the theme in order to prepare for adding the zoom. The plugin recognizes that you have WooCommerce 3+ and does the changes specific for that. Unfortunately the theme messes up with the changes.

    You have the following options:
    1. you can downgrade to WooCommerce 2+, as this is what your theme supports
    2. you can change the theme to any of the thousands available and ready for WooCommerce 3+
    3. you can hire a developer to help you with your issue.
