Disable plugins in Admin

  • Is there any way to disable plugins in the admin, but retain their links in the menus.

    If i disable plugin ‘Follow-Up-Emails’ on the ‘Edit Posts’ page then i can no longer see the links to that plugin.
    It kinda minimizes the usability in the Admin Section.

    great plugin for the front-end though

  • Somedays here in the forum someone had recommended once exactly for this context a plugin. You need to rebuild the admin menu for this task. I personally do not know how good it is, but it should do exactly what you want: https://adminmenueditor.com

    If you disable a plugin then the code it has to add the menu item is never called. IndikatorDesigns suggestion is probably the best way for you to do this.
