Disable plugins only on POST page.

I want all my plugins in my admin area, except when i am writing/editing posts.
I tried the following urls:
https://www.domain.com/wp-admin/post.php
https://www.domain.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=But it doesn’t seem to work.
Any ideas?https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/plugin-organizer/
