Disable pop up block without deleting it.

For the moment, there is no direct way to disable it, however, it sounds like a great idea, so I will forward it to our development team for review.

As a workaround, you can try using the visibility conditions and set a condition that is never met, so it won’t be displayed. More details here – https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1552-the-visibility-conditions-feature-otter-features-library.
