Disable popup in mobile and close it on success

    Hi,
    plugin is amazing, I have a query regarding this plugin.

    I am showing this on Home-page on my site.

    1.) I want to disable this popup for mobile devices. If resolution < 768 occurs, it suppose to be disabled.

    2.) I want to close pop-up after successful submission.
