Disable Post Options

I have a client that would like to use this theme, and they plan to have guest authors post content to the site and would like to disable all post options for anyone without admin permissions. They prefer not to have the guest authors change the widget zones for either the left or right side bar, nor the default layout.

Please let me know if this is possible.
