    Hi there,

To start with: nice plugin, does what it asks and works perfectly!

I have choosen to configure the plugin to only work on the page /springkussen-huren

But for some reason, the recaptcha symbol still shows on all other pages, which is causing me to have pagespeed issues and performance issue notifications. Is there a way to disable the recaptcha on other pages totally? Only load recaptcha code on the particular page choosen?

    Thanks!

    Hello Forinn,

I just tested our website, and it is functioning on only one page (the pre-sales contact page). The keys are from Google, and the plugin version is 1.64.

I suggest checking the plugin version, your settings page, and examining our troubleshooting page to ensure your site has enough memory and no errors.
    https://siterightaway.net/troubleshooting/

Please let me know if you were able to resolve the issue after reviewing the steps above. I am in the London timezone.

    Regards,
    Bill

Plugin version, see screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/nv2KMhnuBgGl.png (1.6.4)

    Settings page: https://pasteboard.co/nVQVyR5onHu9.png

    Settings general: https://pasteboard.co/P8zv8AA2VLCs.png

    Still, the re-Captcha .js:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js?render=6LeqpQMqAAAAAMIGGYm77_DNfXdnkto71Eyh1Ibe&amp;ver=1.0" id="recaptcha_for_all-js"></script>

is visible in the header of my homepage and the recaptcha logo is visible at the bottom of the page, where it is not supposed to be rendered or working.

After reading your troubleshooting page, I did not find any documentation referring to this issue.

    Can you please help?

I will run tests today and let you know later.

    Is our plugin activated?

On your site, which page is supposed to show reCAPTCHA?

    Please let me know.

    (@forinn)

it is only supposed to show on looijmansamusement.nl/springkussen-huren

so not on the homepage or any other page.

Maybe it is also good to mention that when I visit the site logged-in to WordPress, that the script is not loading, so than it is working correctly. The minute I logout or visit incognito, it will load.

    Thanks in advance!

I thought it was fixed, but upon further inspection I notice now the popup keeps coming back on that one page, even after you clicked it away and the page will load really strange also. I don’t think that is supposed to happen right?

    Please check looijmansamusement.nl/springkussen-huren

You need keep cookies and javascript enabled on your browser. Use chrome, firefox or safari

updated. Don’t mark the browser to remove cookies when you close or left the page.

I’m away from computer, I will come back in 2 hours.

This problem wasn’t there before the update. I do not delete cookies. It even happens within the same session. This is a new problem, directly resulting from the update of the plugin.
Have you visited my site? You will see the same issue will occur on your end.
Can you please fix it? Otherwise I will have to remove the plugin.

I just ran a test on our server and it is working fine here.

    On this page:
    https://siterightaway.net/Contact/
After your first visit, the system creates this cookie:
    recaptcha_cookie

and does not show the message again.

So, I could not reproduce the error to analyze it.

I just visited your site and found 160 warnings in the console:
“Third-party cookie will be blocked in future Chrome versions as part of Privacy Sandbox.”

After click on button, I got this css errors:
    GET https://looijmansamusement.nl/STRATO-apps/wordpress_01/app/wp-content/themes/kid-toys-store/style.css net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)

Probably from this theme: kid-toys-store/style.css net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)

and more messages (not errors) from wpbc_cal_ajax

Please check if the cookie is being created and take note of these warnings.

On this page, you will find instructions on identifying plugin conflicts:

The only change was updating the plugin, before I had zero issues. I hope you will believe me.
The conflicts with the theme are probably that flashing screen that you see. It started after updating the plugin too.

I made a recording to show you the cookie is created, and still it will show: https://jmp.sh/s/dQkT7vgxWPvetGiGcCW7

As I wrote, our website is working perfectly (the links are above) and I can’t reproduce your issue on our server.
The last change only prevented the script from loading on pages other than the intended one, which indeed worked on both your server and ours.
I saw that you investigated and that the cookie is being created; check if it remains there afterward. It should remain at the root of your site. The location is very important.
You can also download the previous version of the plugin from WordPress and test it to see if it accepts the cookie and doesn’t show the notice again.
No other ideas occur to me at the moment.

Additionally, Google Bot is no longer able to access my sites content. If I do a page scan, it will show me that it is unable to access that page. Same goes for Bing Bot.

you can test for yourself: https://totheweb.com/learning_center/tools-search-engine-simulator/

I ran this same check yesterday and than it was perfectly able to access my content. Since the update that is no longer possible.

    Plugin Author Bill Minozzi

    (@sminozzi)

I tried visiting your site again and got this from the console:

    wpbc_cal_ajx.js:24 WPBC_AJX_CALENDAR_LOAD
    wpbc_cal_ajx.js:24 == Before Ajax Send – calendars_all__get() == {calendar_1: {…}}
    [Violation] ‘setTimeout’ handler took 54ms
    [Violation] ‘setTimeout’ handler took 67ms
    [Violation] ‘setTimeout’ handler took 282ms
[Violation] Forced reflow while executing JavaScript took 276ms

Try disable that calendar plugin and run a test.
