Disable Reset focus after selecting extras

Hello I am looking for a way to stop the auto scroll feature after a selection has been made from the extras. I would also like to be able to reorder the layout of the booking form to have the extras appear above the Date |Time|No Of Items| block. SO that the extras appear directly under the calendar form. Which file do I need to edit for this. please and thanks
