Hi, thank you for such a great solution.

An extra feature we found ourselves not using is the review requests (which are sent via judgeme hooks after each order completion)

We really don’t need this, as a temporary solution, I commented out these hooks but would like to have an option for a more update-friendly plugin.

    Thank you

    Hi Wooegg,

    Thank you for reaching out!

If i understood you correctly you would like to disable the review requests being sent out. We have a disable review requests feature here https://judge.me/settings?jump_to=enable+requests under “Enable Requests”.

We recently updated the plugin, could you let us know where the Save button is missing?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Best regards,

    Thanks for the quick reply.

For the requests, I did disable on judgeme dashboard. But there’s still a hook in the plugin that keeps processing all completed orders and send them to judgeme “judgeme_order_completed_hook”.

As per the save button, I tried using the toggle for “Installed” label, it’s not autosaving nor there’s a button for the change to take effect.

    Hello @wooegg

Could you please let us know the name of your shop? We’ll let our developers know about your issue, but we’re not sure that we can change the way our plugin interacts with your shop (or disable the hook that informs us about the completed orders)

About the toggle, is it the one that enables or disables the widgets, in the Judge.me tab of your admin panel?

@judgeme My main issue even with latest plugin is the fact that it syncs every new completed + cancelled order to judgeme review requests, but we never really use them!

It’s getting annoying when you have many orders per minute, disabling that hook saves a lot of performance on order fulfillment.

Make judgeme_order_cancelled_hook and judgeme_order_completed_hook optional is all am asking.

Also the plugin uses many KB of autoloaded data in wp_options table. This is a bad practice.

    Hi @wooegg,

I understand you would like to make judgeme_order_completed_hook and judgeme_order_cancelled_hook optional. We will take this into consideration in our next plugin update. Although i cannot promise when this will be done by, because we are bogged down by feature requests at the moment.

    Best,

    Judge.me
