When trying to disable RSS and ATOM feeds, there is an error: Failed to Disable RSS/ATOM feeds – status 400

I have enabled debug log, but nothing appears in it.

How do I troubleshoot the issue?

    Hello @iarovuo ,

Install the plugin in a fresh WordPress instance with only the default theme only. Try disabling the feeds there. If the function works fine, the issue that you are having is most probably related to some of the other plugins/themes in your site or o some restrictive or security lines in your .htaccess file.

Also, you may want to check the error logs of your server.

If you need further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us back with the address of your site. You may also wan to post a support ticket, if the site is hosted with SiteGround.

Thanks, There was nothing in the phperror.log nor debug.logs
    – So, I suggest to add some error_log commands in the code base, when ever errors happen, so that we can see what causes the issue.

You can close this ticket, as I was able to resolve this specific case.

The reported error is Web server based, and no PHP Based. This is why you do not see entries in the PHP Error Log.

I am glad that you found a solution.
