Disable Scaling in mobile mode

Please add the below code in functions.php of your child theme:

add_filter('ocean_meta_viewport', 'owp_child_viewport');
function owp_child_viewport( $viewport ){
	$viewport = '<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1, user-scalable=0">';
	return $viewport;
}
