Disable searching in attachments

    I really love this plugin, it saves a lot of time.

    I have just found a problem that it searches also in attachments (pictures) and because I often name pictures the same as the post name. Therefore, when I am searching for the post name, it shows me only the attachments and not the post itself.

    It would be great if there was a possibility to disable searching by certain types.
