Disable “Select a Delivery Time”

    Hey guys,

    nice looking plugin – is it possible somehow to completely deactivate the “Select a Delivery Time” popup after a user initially selects an item?

    I would need to directly put it the cart, the “additional notes” interface is nice tho.
