Disable Shipping/Billig address requirements when Local Pickup selected

    Hi there,

    Currently the user needs to complete Billing Address even when Local Pickup is selected.

    How can this be disabled? Only Names and email address is needed when local collection is selected.

    Login or creating an account is not required when ordering.
