Disable ShipStation for some products / product category?

Great question. The ShipStation extension doesn’t have a way to conditionally export data based on product.

You can select which order statuses are exported so it might be possible to write a custom function that uses a custom order status for orders that contain these products. If you want to give that a try, there are freelance developers at Codeable who would be happy to help you out.
