Disable Shrink Effect on Header Not Working

    I was excited to find the solution to disable the header shrink effect in this topic https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/jumpy-when-scrolling/:
    “To disable the shrink effect go to Customizer – Main menu and set same spacing for “Floating header” and “Static header”. You do not need custom code for this.

    Note: To correct logo/title spacing go to Customizer – Site identity – Title and logo height (static and floating header)”

    but it’s not working for my site. I’ve changed my settings in Customizer – Main menu and Customizer – Site identity to have the same settings for static and floating header, and my Title, Tagline, and Background still shrink. How can I set this so that no part of the header shrinks?

    I found some custom CSS I had controlling the background image shrinking and removed that, so now that’s fixed. I still cannot stop the Site Title and Tagline from shrinking. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
