    Well, I guess I answered my own question. Found it. It’s located in the plugin’s “index.php” file.

    This does absolutely nothing but remove the menu option.
    I thought it would disable the actual feature.

    Totally pointless.

    As far as I understand it, if the page is not viewed / visited, the tests won’t run. But the notices for “site is down / having problems” is still there and I was hoping for a plugin which completely disabled the whole thing, like you can do with Gutenberg by using __return_false;
