Since latest update, I can’t hide slide titles, but deleting them removes them. Just saying. Thanks for the plugin though!

  • I’m, also having this problem, the last update borked all of my settings. Slide titles wont go away, it’s also showing the image name. and I had to reset the size preferences of ll of my slide shows for every site I’m using the plugin on… I’m burning the midnight oil to fix all the headaches this new update unleashed.

Me too. The newest version don’t work with slider, which created with older versions.

Edit: I created a new slider with the same bad result

Thanks. It’s OK to re-do the settings if you don’t have more than one or a few instances of the slider.
It would be useful to have a hide-slide-title setting. Although deleting all the image names achieves the same.

@farazfrank I understand that these updates are important. I’m just pointing out some issues in case you were not aware, maybe they will be taken into consideration in future releases.

I also had very well written descriptions for each slide, which weren’t visible, so I assumed that it was for SEO purposes until yesterday when all the text had become visible over all of the slide. I had to delete all of that work. It would be great if there was a place for Meta-Description

There should be an option to just include alt and title for SEO in the and not add the title with other tags forcing to be visible on the page visually.

I just updated the plugin and added an alt setting into the plugin version 3.4.0.

Now, you can set an ALT text for each image slide easily.

    Thanks
