Disable standard email

Hi, I’ve followed the tutorial to send a custom email (https://wpjobmanager.com/document/tutorial-send-email-employer-job-listing-approved/). This works fine, but when I publish a job the automatic email is also send. This means that the user receives 2 emails that their job is published.
How to disable to standard email notification?
