Disable Submit until upload is completed

    V1.25 now hides the submit button when there are files in the upload queue that have yet to be uploaded, if it works please feel free to review the plugin :).

    = 1.25 =
    * Form Submit button now hidden until uploads are completed OR there are no files in the upload queue.
    * Updated Plupload framework to v2.1.2, may address some mobile issues?
    * Fixed bug where Redux options framework may conflict with themes also using Redux
