Disable Subscribe2 for Custom Post Types

How are your custom post types being created? Is it via a plugin or have you coded it yourself?

Thank you for the response! The Events section is a plugin that created a custom post, but the Testimonials were already part of the template.

Can you give me the name or even better a link to the plugin and theme you are using so I can see what’s going on.

The site it’s built on is: https://littlebrickschool.com and that’s based on WordPress Theme 1336 (TemplateMonster).

In order to help you I need to figure out why Subscribe2 is getting called when you post a custom post type. I can’t do that from looking at the front of your site.

Please install and take a screen shot of the window it creates in the WordPress admin area. It will show the created custom post and taxonomy types.

I’m sorry, MattyRob, I’m unclear what window you’re referring to. The plugin is installed. Is there a way I can DM you the login details and you can take a look that way?
