Disable text box in profile

Is it possible to disable a custom text for a user’s profile? I want to add a Text field into my user’s profiles but I don’t want them to be able to edit the text inside of it.

This is exactly the plugin I’m looking for but this is the only problem I have with it. Please help me solve this as it will be the end to my user profile plugin search!
