    Hello,

    Trackship automatically adds a “Tracking information” insert in the email sent to the customer when an order changes to “completed” status.

    How to remove this insert (and find the email as it existed before installing the plugin, while keeping the plugin active)?

    Hi, Which shipment tracking plugin do you use? The tracking info widget is added to the Completed (shipped) order status email by AST and we just change the tracking link to direct to the tracking page on your store.
