Anyone? These are proper names that are being translated. On other sites when I exempted them it did not translate. We don’t have any form of caching plugin so I know that isn’t it. How do I make it stop?

    Official way,
i would say go to wp-admin/admin.php?page=trp_advanced_page
    and exclude string,

But sometime i go direct into the SQL base…

That is exactly what I did. But its translating the excluded strings anyway.

BUMP. This is NOT okay. Our client needs this fixed. What is the point of having an area for exceptions, documentation that tells us what to do to prevent translation of proper names and trademarks IF IT DOESN’T WORK?

    Hey there,

We deeply apologize for the delayed response.

There has been a great load on our support team in the past few days, but such a long reply time is very uncommon.

Please make sure that after you excluded these strings from translation they do not already have a translation assigned in the translation interface.

Please let me know if this works afterwards.

Thank you for your patience so far!
