    We have images that our users need to download. We need to exclude certain image from WEBP generation so that they can be downloaded in their regular format.

    I’m assuming (perhaps incorrectly) that you aren’t using our premium Easy IO CDN, in which case, the best way to achieve what you are wanting is to append the files with the query parameter “type=original”. So, on the href link for the image, you would add ?type=original

    For reference, someone did make a request to add a function to the plugin to do something more with this, but there hasn’t been much interest. I would recommend adding your vote: https://feedback.ewww.io/p/add-links-to-download-original-source-image

    correct, we are on the standard version of the plugin.

    what about excluding webp for logged in users?

    There isn’t anything built-in to exclude WebP for logged-in users, no.
