Disable ‘Welcome to Block Editor’ pop up window

Make sure the browser allows save and read cookie data (recommended).

I have browser privacy set to ‘standard’. I assume you cant manage cookies if they are deleted in private mode or with saving history turned off. And anyway some computers i dont want to change settings if im not the owner of the computer.

So the problem is apparently unsolvable and noone can fix it? fair enough.

Open the editor (e.g. creating a new article / editing an existing one)
Try this:
Press 3 dot in the right corner >> Options >> In General, try to uncheck “Enable Tips”

Obviously something WordPress needs to fix because this is just stupidly irritating, but quick solution for anyone interested.

Add a plugin like Admin CSS MU and then in the CSS codeblock use the following
