Disable WordPress from my website

Either you need to remove wordpress files and folders from your domain root folder along with the wordpress database….or restore the backup of your site before this happen..

If i installed wordpress using fantastico installer, do i have to uninstall it using fantastico installer too? Or can i uninstall wordpress from my ftp file?

use fantastico or it will leave junk behind
