    You would need to run WordPress cron jobs somehow.

    The plugin does support all of the standard methods of doing that (normal, alternative, and via system cron).

    Hi,
    I have the same question. I do have wp cron enabled through cpanel (every 30 minutes) but e-mails don’t get send. I also have an error showing up on the wordpress dashboard. How do I make it work? Already sent you a support request 2 weeks ago.

    Thank you

    Hi;

    We don’t have any open support requests unanswered, and I can’t offhand see any recent requests relating to this issue. If you have the Pro version, and are having issues, then feel free to open a support request at https://wp-cart-recovery.com/support-request/ and we can work with you to try and identify the issue.

    Hi,
    I’ve sent you a support request with my Pro License code using that form twice in the past 2 weeks. I will do it again now. Maybe it isn’t working?
    Edit: Looks like it didn’t go through the first two times. I received a confirmation message now. Thanks.
