Disabled author profiles but they are still searchable on Mastodon

It is a bit tricky to implement for WordPress, because if we send a Delete, it might not be possible to re-activate the users later on, because a ‘delete’ might be irrevocable on some platforms. So this is mostly a conceptual issue.
